Situated in Delray Beach, Florida, Transformations Treatment Center is a facility that provides dual-diagnosis care. It features outpatient services, accommodations for sober living with 15 beds, and tailored treatment programs to meet the distinct needs of its clients. The center employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including conventional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the principles of the 12-step program, art and adventure therapies, yoga, among others. These therapies aim to help clients uncover and address the underlying causes of their addiction, as well as any concurrent mental health issues or process addictions. Customized treatment plans are developed for each individual, with special programs available for groups including first responders, veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, adults below and above the age of 30, Christians seeking faith-based recovery, and Jewish individuals seeking Kosher recovery options.

The treatment process is divided into three phases, beginning with 24 sessions three times a week, and gradually decreasing to eight sessions once a week. Upon completing the third phase, clients celebrate six months of sobriety and can participate in aftercare sessions weekly for a year. The center is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most types of private insurance. Clients are welcomed into a comfortable setting, enhanced by its proximity to pristine beaches and amenities such as private rooms, an on-site swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and attractive outdoor areas.
